Provider Collaborative teams are expected to secure arrangements across their associated Trusts and organisations for data collection and submissions to be completed accurately and timely, in and outside of normal office hours, and across national or celebratory/seasonal holidays.

These submissions inform shared situational awareness of pressure across a Trust, Provider Collaborative, and region; oversight of Trust, Provider Collaborative and regional CAMHS bed availability (through the associated dashboards) as well as Trust and Provider Collaborative related demand and capacity data. It is critical therefore that data is of a high quality, contemporaneous, and updated in line with submission time and frequency requirements.

The CAMHS Sit Rep data collection form has five sections. Definitions and detailed guidance on sit-rep field completion can be found in Appendix 1.

• Section 1: Admission Referrals
• Section 2: Discharges Completed
• Section 3: Core Bed Base
• Section 4: Out of Area Placements
• Section 5: Other Information

All data is required to be updated a minimum of two time a day, 7 days a week and at least at the following times:

• 1000hrs and 1700hrs
