To submit data, the user will need to complete the relevant fields. Once they are satisfied with their data they will need to be saved on the system by pressing the “Save Data” button at the foot of the screen – press once and wait for a notice at the top of the screen to confirm successful capture.

To update bed information, a user will need to access the data collection form and update the field through selecting the update data icon by the respective bed row requiring update and then selecting save.
